for some reason, i freakin LOVE gnarls barkley. i actually really only listen to one or two of their songs but it's the kind of music (read: good?) that does something to my soul. like the shins! the song "smiling faces" makes me feel particularly warm and fuzzy. i love this lyric:

i wanna be you,
whenever i see you smiling.
cause it's easily one of the hardest things to do.
your worries and fears become your friends,
and they end up smiling at you.

i want to be like that, and maaaaaaannnnnn am i a cheeseball lately or what? xo.
